In NYC, Film Set of the Mind Makes a Movie
And once again, realise how much of a movie set this town is. Every street is a frame in a film well loved. Makes you understand why American films do better globally, when even walking down a street in New York makes me feel a nostalgic buzz for a history that isn’t remotely mine – but one that I have absorbed from Hollywood.

I know what you mean- any time you see the flatiron building or the chrysler or rockerfeller plaza you can’t help but imagine any number of films.
Also glad your a comment isn’t about the merits of the two shows -The US Life On Mars was axed early and had to wrap itself up with, IMO, one of the worst endings in TV History.
